Today the Supreme Court of Canada rejected the application for leave to appeal filed by the plaintiffs in the Ontario Autism Class Action Lawsuit.

The Canadian Press today published an article on the hearing next week in Ontario Autism Class Action, in which five families, represented by Bakerlaw, are challenging the Ontario government and seven school boards to provide full and timely access to treatment and education for children with autism.

“I find it extremely difficult to watch the other kids on our street hop on the school bus in the morning and go to school while my son has to stay home,” Taline Sagharian, one of the parents behind the class action, tells the CP. » Read the rest
