If you sign a retainer agreement and retain us to act as your lawyer, we use, and disclose this personal information as instructed by you, our client. The use, retention, and disclosure of this information is governed by our duty to client confidentiality as outlined by the Law Society of Ontario (link) 

Keeping Your Information

Bakerlaw will retain all information collected for as long as is necessary to assist you with your matter and in accordance with the Law Society of Ontario’s rules thereafter (link). If bakerlaw is not retained, we will keep all information provided for the necessary duration as required by law, and in accordance with our obligations as outlined by the Law Society of Ontario (link)
